Do you provide clean filters during service?

Yes. For long-term contracts, we carry all necessary filter sizes and replace them during each service. All filters are brand-name CaptiveAire and meet full NFPA 96 code requirements.

How do you clean the hood filters?

We use a commercial FOG Tank to soak the filters overnight for a deep, thorough clean. For long-term contracts, we replace the filters at every service to ensure maximum quality and safety.

Can you clean filters on-site if we have our own FOG Tank?

Yes. If you have a FOG Tank at your location, we are happy to perform the cleaning directly on-site.

Do you wash filters outside the building?

No. Washing filters at the front or back of the building is not permitted. It can spread grease, damage the ground, and allow grease water to enter the storm drain. We prioritize keeping your facility clean, safe, and compliant with city regulations.

How do you clean the exhaust duct?

We remove all oil buildup, apply a chemical degreaser, let it soak for 3–5 minutes, and then wash it thoroughly with hot water.

How do you clean the exhaust fan?

We safely tilt the fan using its hinges, apply degreaser, and wash it using hot water—without ever climbing onto the fan.

What happens if something gets damaged during service?

If any part is damaged by our team, we repair or replace it at no cost to you. As part of our full ventilation service, we take complete responsibility for our work.
